About this workshop
Mental Mastery for Manifestation is a powerful workshop designed to help you understand how your mind influences your reality, and how to work with it intentionally. You will learn how to become clear on what you truly want, release the noise of external expectations, and create goals that feel aligned, meaningful, and possible.
In this workshop participants will:
- Learn how to use both the conscious and subconscious mind to support their desired outcome
- Gain simple tools to understand how the mind works and how the manifestation process works
- Go through a process that gives them clarity on what they really want, without the influence of external expectations
- Be inspired to create clear goals and outcomes for 7 major areas of life: mental, physical, vocational, familial, social, financial, and spiritual
- Identify and cultivate belief systems that are aligned with their goals
- Use powerful visualisation techniques to associate with their goals and embody the reality they want to create
- Learn a simple and powerful meditation technique that they can take home and practice
- Feel empowered, focused, and connected to the life they are choosing to create
