BE YOUR OWN MASTER Level 2

The second level of Be Your Own Master is about identifying and addressing all the patterns that are running your life, right from your childhood until today. During these three days you will understand the influence of your environment in shaping your belief systems, address the younger versions of yourself that are still stuck in events of your past, and get many opportunities to nurture and heal those parts of yourself. You will go deeper into understanding your personal life story, how your family system impacted you, how you created your coping mechanisms, and the emotional charges that are affecting you. There will be many exercises and meditations for you to discover, heal, and move to a place where you are more in charge of your life, and feel free to live responsibly in the present.
