Level 4: Holistic Hypnotherapy
Training
6 Classroom Days
Level 4 advances into complex belief architecture, memory reconsolidation and expanded regression frameworks. Students refine reimprinting techniques, work with layered identity patterns and explore transpersonal models within clear therapeutic structure. Emphasis is placed on discernment, psychological safety and advanced intervention precision. By the end of this level, students are equipped to work with multi-layered narratives while maintaining strong containment and professional responsibility.
Day 1
- Students will:
- Deepen their understanding of how belief systems are formed and recorded in the subconscious
- Understand reimprinting and its relationship to memory reconsolidation
- Learn how to therapeutically “update” internal records to support change
- Be introduced to key NLP presuppositions and the Meta Model
- Understand deletion, distortion, and generalisation as mechanisms that shape perception
Day 2
- Students will:
- Learn how to structure and integrate advanced therapeutic sessions
- Explore hypnotherapeutic approaches to eating disorders and compulsive behaviours
- Understand therapeutic applications for anger and sexual dysfunction
- Be introduced to cord cutting as an intervention for unresolved relational attachment
- Practice structured cord cutting techniques in a supervised setting
Day 3
- Students will:
- Explore expanded models of consciousness and awareness
- Examine the therapeutic use of past life frameworks within regression work
- Understand how unresolved emotional “charges” may be experienced across timelines
- Learn when and how to safely explore past life narratives
- Practice structured past life regression techniques
Day 4
- Students will:
- Explore advanced concepts of time, karma, and recurring patterns
- Understand how cross lifetime narratives may influence present behaviour
- Be introduced to higher self models within hypnotherapy
- Learn how to formulate and guide higher self inquiry processes
- Practice higher self therapeutic dialogue in a structured format
Day 5
- Students will:
- Explore themes of destiny, choice, and life purpose within therapeutic work
- Examine parallel realities and rescripting models
- Understand the potential nervous system impact of narrative change
- Learn advanced rescripting techniques within expanded awareness frameworks
- Practice structured past life regression therapy
Day 6
- Students will:
- Explore the concept of external energetic attachments within therapeutic models
- Understand different types of attachment patterns and their perceived impact
- Examine ancestral and relational influences
- Learn Attachment Release Therapy within a structured framework
- Practice attachment release processes in a safe and supervised environment
By the end of Level 4, students are able to work confidently with complex, layered and transpersonal material while maintaining ethical boundaries and therapeutic stability.
