In this foundation course you will get a deep understanding on how you function; we will cover the workings of your mind, what influences your behaviour, how you show up in relationships, and your mind-body connection. This workshop will bring to your awareness many of your actions that are happening on autopilot so that you can identify the patterns that are both supporting and sabotaging you, and make a choice to continue or change. As a result, you will feel more inspired and in charge of your life.
