Level 3: Holistic Hypnotherapy
Training
5 Classroom Days
Level 3 advances into identity-level work and developmental imprinting. Students examine how early relational experiences shape self-worth, attachment patterns and core belief systems. Structured regression, timeline interventions, and inner-child methodologies are introduced within clear therapeutic boundaries. By the end of this level, students are able to guide deeper regression processes while maintaining emotional containment and professional control.
Day 1
- Students will:
- Distinguish between the resourceful adult state and the “stuck” state, and learn how to guide clients between them toward resolution
- Understand how core issues are formed and how internal resources are lost over time
- Learn how identity develops, what happens to self-worth over time, and how the resourced self becomes disrupted
- Be introduced to timeline work for accessing past experiences and integrating change
- Practice structured timeline regression for resolving past blocks and anchoring present and future resources
- Understand the therapeutic power of metaphors and how to use them in therapy
Day 2
- Students will:
- Explore the development of self-esteem and the impact of early environment
- Understand functional and dysfunctional family systems and their long-term effects
- Identify common survival roles developed in childhood
- Examine how early relational patterns influence adult relationships
- Explore communication breakdown and relational dynamics
- Develop greater awareness of surface behaviours versus core traits
Day 3
- Students will:
- Understand the wounded inner child model and the therapist’s role in reparenting
- Learn how core beliefs are formed through significant emotional events
- Explore resistance to change and how to work with it therapeutically
- Be introduced to structured regression processes for resolving early imprints
- Practice applied regression techniques in a safe and supervised setting
Day 4
- Students will:
- Explore multiplicity and the different parts of the self
- Understand protector patterns and coping strategies
- Learn the Drama Triangle model and how to help clients exit dysfunctional relational roles
- Be introduced to defence mechanisms and pattern interruption techniques
- Practice verbal peeling techniques for accessing deeper belief layers
Day 5
- Students will:
- Practice advanced inner child regression and integration work
- Learn structured releasing methods for unresolved emotional material
- Understand stages of loss and how they present in therapy
- Explore depression from a hypnotherapeutic perspective
- Refine first session assessment skills and case receiving
- Practice reframing techniques for transforming habitual patterns
By the end of Level 3, students are able to work with belief formation at its developmental origin while maintaining therapeutic structure, discernment and professional responsibility.
