Long before we had language or choice, we inherited emotional patterns, beliefs, loyalties, and survival strategies from those who came before us. Through our ancestral line, we inherit both wounds and resources. We are often carrying both the strength and power that our families have developed, as well as the burdens and unprocessed emotions that were never ours.

About this workshop
This reflective workshop invites you to explore and heal the unconscious patterns inherited through your family lineage so you don’t need to remain loyal to ancestral pain, or live out destinies that limit you true potential. Sonia will guide you through insight, written exercises and guided meditations to help you recognise the gifts you have received through your family, claim your place within the family system, honour what came before you, and gently release what no longer serves you.
- In this workshop, you will:
- Understand how your family system has shaped your beliefs, behaviours, and life patterns
- Explore inherited emotional imprints and ancestral loyalties
- Recognise repeating themes around relationships, money, success, health, or belonging
- Acknowledge the gifts and strengths passed down through your lineage
- Experience guided internal processes and reflective exercises for healing and release
- This is a sacred yet practical space for deep awareness and transformation, allowing you to step out of inherited limitation and into greater clarity, strength, and freedom.
