Olivia is a recipient of hypnotherapy and has explored various healing modalities. Through her journey, she has found hypnotherapy to be a highly effective method. It has helped her understand the impacts of previous experiences and beliefs that create limitations at a subconscious level, heightening her self-awareness and leading to positive personal growth and transformation in various areas of her life.

Olivia offers integrated hypnotherapy sessions in English and Cantonese. She is passionate about helping individuals gain clarity and purpose in their healing journeys. In her practice, she employs a personalized and holistic approach that integrates mind, body, and soul, using various techniques to address psychological, physical, and spiritual issues. During hypnosis, she accesses an individual’s subconscious to gain insights into past experiences, interpretations, and root causes. This understanding, combined with guided catharsis, transforms those experiences, releases trapped emotions, and eliminates what no longer serves the individual. Blockages are removed by aligning the subconscious and conscious minds, supporting individuals’ overall healing and facilitating positive transformation.

Olivia gained her Integrated Clinical Hypnotherapy certification with EKAA (The Clinical Hypnotherapy Institute of India), and is recognized by the IMDHA (International Medical and Dental Hypnotherapy Association).
