This online workshop will help you to understand what meditation is. You will experience 4 different forms of meditation to gain a better understanding of meditation as a practice and see what type of meditation resonates with you the most.
We’ll go through what meditation is, why we meditate and what meditation method works best for you.
You will then be guided into Visual, Sound, Chanting and Breathing Meditation which will give you practical experience and help you decide which method suits you best.
