Mental health affects our emotional, psychological, and social well-being, influencing every aspect of our lives. So, it’s time to prioritize mental our well-being and support those in need. Here are a few rapid-fire Q&A’s that you can use to support yourself and your loved ones, and create a more mindful lifestyle that you can maintain for the rest of the year!
Q: What can I do on a daily basis for a healthier mental state?
A: Daily rituals are important. Start with simple things you can do to begin and end the day mindfully, and once you get this going for 40 days you can add more. In the morning, set an intention for the day, practice some breathwork to release any emotional charges, and do a grounding meditation (you can use our priming meditation here). Consciously close your day before you sleep by reviewing your day and visualizing that you are shutting the files of all that you’ve done so you don’t have any ‘to-do’s’ looming around in your brain, and then say an affirmation as your last thought of the day.
