Ending the year with reflection, and beginning a new one with intention is a great way to move through the cycles of life. With the continuous changes that 2021 has brought forth, we have even more to process this year.
At these times, it is even more imperative for us to collect the wisdom from the year and do a ceremonial completion so we can step into the new year feeling complete.
Sonia Samtani has designed this simple and powerful new year’s retreat using meditations and exercises for you to close 2021 in peace, spend midnight in meditation, and open the year consciously.
