As we step into March, there are more things to celebrate—including International Women’s Day! This year, the theme for International Women’s Day is #AccelerateAction, which made me think about how people take action. Sometimes, we procrastinate and don’t take action at all. Sometimes, we act out of fear, responsibility, or obligation. And sometimes, we take action from a place of joy and alignment.
